1) What is the difference between:    A) "Factory Performance Test Report (Q/H)" and the more expensive  RE = In this case, the report is about the complete working curve of the pump according to the stated standard.    B) "Pump Performance Certificate"?  RE = In this case, the certificate states that the tested pump provides the declared performances. I see it says "no pump curves are given". Does that mean that (A) only does a spot check on one or two points?  2) I see there is the clause "do not include the third party institute or entity cost which have to be accounted separately if required." Are there common third-party testing institutions that you offer for testing? What would be testing costs be for the above pumps?  RE = Yes, there are but they depend on the type of certification you want to get. So, there are dedicated people for the TȔV certification, other people for the SGS certification, and so on. All of them are recorded in a special European Register.

Sehr geehrter. Da wir die Fließeigenschaften Ihrer Regner und die Leitungsführung nicht kennen, können wir Sie nur allgemein beraten. 1. Es ist wichtig, einen Vorratstank zusammen mit der Pumpe in den Kreislauf einzubauen. Mindestens 50 Liter für das Modell Foras 200/1T. Besser 100 Liter. Je größer der Tank ist, desto seltener muss die Pumpe eingeschaltet werden. Optimalerweise nicht mehr als 2-3 Anläufe pro Minute bei intensiver Arbeit. 2. Der Druckschalter ist nicht richtig eingestellt. Normalerweise liegt die untere Druckschwelle bei 2,5 bar, die obere bei 3,5-4 bar. Bei Bewässerungspumpen kann die Schwelle um 1 bar nach oben verschoben werden. 3. Die Regner passen nicht zur Durchflussmenge der Pumpe. Entweder ist die Pumpe zu schwach oder die Regner sind zu groß. Der richtige Durchflusspunkt der Pumpe liegt bei etwa 70 % des Maximums. Wir fügen den errechneten Punkt in das Leistungsdiagramm ein. Especially since water tanks are usuially a fraction of the cost of a pump - it's advisable to have a well-functioning pressure tank in your water system.

Please be informed the most close to FORAS SP100 (P1=1050 W) is not pointed DAB pump model NOVA 200 MNA (P1 =350 W), but NOVA UP 600 MNA (P1=660 W) or NOVA UP 600 M-NA (P1=770 W). But their pressure is less than 1 bar and prices are higher. Long-life and reliability depend on the conditions of application. For projects usually calculated range of pump delivery volume between 30-70% and not marginal points. So a more powerful pump in the same conditions is preferable.
