Visit to the EMSE Pompa Factory: Experience, Engineering, and Partnership

Recently, our team from EES Energie‑Erzeugung‑Systeme GmbH had the opportunity to visit the production facilities of EMSE Pompa in Turkey. This visit was an important milestone in our ongoing collaboration and provided valuable insight into EMSE’s manufacturing philosophy, technical expertise, and long-term vision in the industrial pump sector.

A Brief History of EMSE Pompa

EMSE Pump was founded in 1992 by Salih Öğün. The company began its journey with the production of mechanical seals, quickly establishing itself as a reliable supplier in the Turkish market. By 2000, EMSE had become one of Turkey’s leading mechanical seal manufacturers.

Building on this strong foundation, EMSE gradually expanded into industrial pump manufacturing, developing a broad and technically diverse product portfolio. In 2005, the company achieved a major milestone by completing its first pump export, followed by the opening of regional stores in key industrial cities such as Istanbul and Izmir.

To support growing demand and expanding international operations, EMSE invested in a modern production facility in Hadımköy. Construction of the new 12,000 m² factory was completed in 2016, significantly increasing production capacity and process efficiency. Today, EMSE Pompa employs around 80 skilled professionals and exports its products to more than 40 countries worldwide, maintaining a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge Exchange and Technical Dialogue

During our factory visit, teams from EES GmbH and EMSE Pompa engaged in detailed technical discussions covering pump design, material selection, sealing technologies, and application-specific engineering solutions. We shared our experience in intelligent control, monitoring, and automation systems, while gaining deeper insight into EMSE’s hands-on manufacturing processes and quality control standards.

This exchange highlighted a strong alignment between our companies: a shared commitment to engineering precision, long-term reliability, and application-driven solutions for demanding industrial environments.
